We stayed here this week for a wee family getaway to Blackpool, we were met by a very friendly young man who immediately informed us of the £10 family ticket on the tram for when we were heading out, he was happy to help us with anything that was required, the breakfast was also very nice and for 5 of... Really warm welcome, no complaints about the food. Great family atmosphere, nothing is too much trouble for Sean the land lord. Will be calling in again very soon. Especially to watch sport. Discount beer on the green card. Happy days. Not forgetting the bulmers beer garden.

Excellent service from the moment we arrived. The room was very clean and tidy. You are quite a walk from the pleasure beach so getting a tram ticket is a good idea. The pub up the road Uncle Toms Cabin serves a good pint and the pizza was really good. The weather was the best, easy to get to the... More

Stayed February 2016 and wasn't disappointed. Without doubt the best breakfast in Blackpool. The 4 course meals provided for £8 are phenomenally brilliant value. The rooms are very clean and the hoteliers are very warming friendly and helpful. Best place for value and location and food for all family.

Stayed here a couple of nights, Friday and Saturday, we booked it late and was surprised to get in, we asked for a double room, we got a tiny room on the top floor, there was no room for our luggage, the bed was a very small double (room 10) The place is very clean and tidy and the people... More

Stayed here for three nights. When we arrived we were greeted and shown to our room. The room was very clean and tidy and had its own bathroom with shower toilet and basin. Breakfast was lovely and the owners were very friendly. Would definitely come back again.

We stayed in the family room, this hotel is very nice, rooms cleaned daily, breakfast is lovely and the family who run this hotel are so nice and welcoming, you are asked on arrival if you would like tea/coffee free of charge. Tram and bus stops are a two minute walk if that away. Would highly recommend a stay here... More
