Agree with the last review. Couldn't find it as it looks nothing like the photo. Dingy and depressing. The disabled facilities were good though. If you didn't go to breakfast first thing, it was stone cold. Went last weekend and the weather was great so were out as much as possible. The saving grace of our weekend was the amazing staff,... Well where do I start here, arrived Monday it was utter chaos, an adapted coach had blocked the road down to the small car park. When we git out of our vehicle we were met with a rather large filthy window ( which we later established that it was the dining room window) Front entrance very dirty and uninviting. Booked... I can't think the staff here enough for the way they have grated my parents and by doing so much, made our weekend so much easier. Until recently both parents have always had holidays abroad. Following my mothers major stroke and dads failing health, they really thought they would never be able to holiday together again. I read some posts... More

It's mostly popular for groups of people with disabilities (not sure if it's only disabled people that use it) the hallways and rooms are basic and cramped and old fashioned and cheap. It was absolutely sweltering in the bedroom. Never again

We had a week with 10 wheelchair users and 11 carers and had a wonderful time. The hotel is not posh and some rooms small, but it is very clean and well-maintained by amazing staff. The staff could not have been more helpful in every way, friendly and caring. They treat the guests like old friends, which some of them... More
