Stay somewhere else. A hotel with no character at all. Automated check in that was both useless and annoying. Room was very poor. Hard bed with very cheap and ungenerous duvet. Foam lumpy pillows. Scuffed dated bathroom. Scratchy towels. Dirty stained armchair. Just horrible. Restaurant was totally lacking in atmosphere food very mediocre and cost more than a decent meal...

The hotel its self is very good and the leisure facilities are excellent. Did not get chance to try the spa but looked nice. This was the second time i have stayed at the hotel. The reason for staying was my 10 year old daughter was competing in a competition over the weekend. The hotel was holding a party night...

Excellent hotel, nice location, breakfast very good, we wish we had bought our swimming costume To use in the outdoor heated swimming pool we will remember for our next visit. the only negative was our room was quite dark. Overall a good stay and would recommend.

We booked a spa package last minute as we needed a break before christmas. For a 4 star hotel and what we paid we were expecting more. We understand that the hotel is not brand new but the cleaning and the condition of the accomodations leaves a lot to talk about. The furniture is quite worned and there were dust...

Great leisure facilities. A buzzing hotel with extremely friendly staff. Make use of the outdoor pool especially if it's cold outside as the water is warm. Don't book with the recommended taxi firm as they are too expensive. Spend some time in the pub. If you like football, it's great. I do!!

Arrived on the Friday night was greeted by very polite staff, Room was very nice and clean, had a view of Blackpool tower, a little chilly as window left open but would rather have fresh air than being stuff plus the heater in the room warmed the room up very quickly, so not really a problem, Spa and swimming facilities...

No reception to check in or out with, this is impersonal. The room was nicely appointed although quite dusty. Tassimo coffee maker, waste of time, not many pods to use and as no reception, not sure who to ask for more. There was a tribute night on which attracted lots of noisy clientele, very noisy until early hours of the...

Short notice visit due to family issues and this place met the challenge. Rooms good, food good, easy access to surrounding town but you would be advised to have a car or like walking if you want to be a tourist.
