Booked a couple of nights at this little guest house due to the reviews on here, we were down for the gin festival in Blackpool tower in the ballroom and not disappointed with my choice. Great budget B&B, about fifteen-twenty minutes walk to the heart of everything. If you don't fancy walking ( which is along the side of the...

I stayed at Waves for 2 nights with my daughter and grand-daughters. The hotel is in a great location and the hosts, John and Dean, were friendly and welcoming. The bedroom was clean and the bedding and towels smelt nice and fresh. There was lots of choice for breakfast with good quality food and nothing was too much trouble.

We've just returned from another brilliant week at waves. This has to be the best place to stay in Blackpool. Nothing is ever to much trouble for john and dean from advising the best places to eat or drink to great places to visit. The rooms are always spotless and the breakfast sets you up for the day. You'll just...
