Dear Sue, Thank you for your feedback on your recent holiday. We are sorry to hear the Royal Alexandra didn't meet your expectations on this occasion. With regards to your room not being serviced correctly, this has been passed onto the Hotel's Management and will be investigated. In reference to breakfast, unfortunately our restaurant does get extremely busy at times during the season, and we do ask people to have a seat in the reception area and guests will be called as soon as a table becomes available. Our restaurant team work extremely hard to make sure tables are cleared quickly and guests are not left waiting to long. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the nightly entertainment that the hotel offers. We have five highly recommended Hotels within our group so we do hope you are not deterred from staying at the Royal Hotels again in the future, thank you once again for your feedback GUEST RELATIONS

Room 42, Friday 2nd. Having made in impromptu trip to Blackpool I didn't bother to check out any bnbs, so picked this one based on location and price. We had our two kids with us, and this place is accommodating for that. As in, it has separate bed, not sofa beds, which is great.

Dear Sue, Thank you for your feedback on your recent holiday. We are happy to hear that you found the room suitable for your family. With regards to the member of staff, this has since brought this to the restaurant managers attention and has been investigated and dealt with. We are glad that Sam managed to turn things around for you. Management have since spoken to the chefs who apologise that your tomato wasn't cooked enough. As you can see from previous reviews this is not our usual standard, however we use these comments constructively and they will be passed on to make sure this doesn't happen again. With five hotels within the Royal Hotels group offering town centre and promenade locations there is plenty of choice for a great Blackpool Holiday so we hope you will consider us again for a future holiday to the resort. Thank you once again for your review, all the very best

Spend my money very wisely these days. Picked because of its central location although no hotels particularly cheap in Blackpool just now. Tiny pokey room cold - single glazed - but they did send up a one legged convector heater! Bar was cheap! Breakfast was not great - over coo

Dear Champagnetaste_11, Thank you very much for the review, I'm very sorry to hear you are not fully satisfied with your recent stay at the Royal Alexandra Hotel. In reference to your room, it saddens us this wasn't to your expectations - we do kindly urge our guests to please make management aware immediately of any issues whatsoever so they can be rectified immediately - another more suitable room may have been offered once notified of your dissatisfaction. The team will always try their best to ensure your holiday is enjoyable. With regards to the heating, all our rooms have adjustable thermostats on radiators however should you require more heat in the room, as you state our reception staff would kindly allocate a portable heater - should there be further issues, management will always endeavour to rectify to make your holiday the best it can be. With reference to breakfast - the food at the Royal Alexandra usually receives excellent feedback so it is unusual to receive negative comments on the standard of food on offer. We do have a restaurant supervisor on duty during each meal sitting, should there be any problems - please raise at the time, replacement dishes / suitable alternatives would be arranged immediately. We do feel that the holiday packages presented offer some of the best value for money holidays in Blackpool so we do hope you will choose us again for another break to the resort. Thank you once again for your feedback GUEST RELATIONS

The bad points. No close by parking, parking is about 600 yards away in a pay and display car park with several spaces taken during the day by builders and then coned off at night. Cost was £10.40 per 24 hrs. The room was dirty, a build up of dust on the head boards, what looked

Dear NigeALA, Thank you for your feedback on your recent holiday. We are sorry to hear the Royal Alexandra didn't meet your expectations on this occasion, With regards to your room, Management have no record of any complaints being made directly at the hotel, had this have been reported to reception then this would have been rectified immediately. However this has now been passed onto Management and will be investigated. In reference to the entertainment - we advertise as a Cabaret Hotel, with two acts on each night. Had this been reported to reception at the time we could have offered you another room which could have been more suitable. Royal Hotel's operates a Chip & Pin policy upon check in, this is in place as a security measure for all guests and is refunded directly back into your bank within 5-7 days. We do hope you are not deterred from staying at the Royal Hotels again in the future, thank you once again for your feedback GUEST RELATIONS
