Well stayed overnight after booking the room on late rooms.com! The price of the room for 1 night stay was £155, and the thing I can't believe is that we had 2 pay an extra £5 for breakfast and £10 for parking, and I believe it is £10 per day!! The shower in the room was disgusting and needed de... More

We went with some friends and our grown up daughter for an overnight stay with a pleasure beach visit being the main focus. The hotel was great value for money and Henry was very friendly and helpful. The main positives are: 1. Location very close to the sea and pleasure beach. 2. Parking ample at a cost of £10 for... Booked quickly , was met by owner. Checked in with ease. Breakfast booked at reception . Was very reasonable. Think parking at £10 overnight for guests was expensive. Checked in grabbed bags , owner saw us struggle and carried case up for us. Room basic but was comfy. Budget hotel but very welcoming. Bar closes at 10pm but was not... More

I have to say that I was absolutely relieved to have stayed her with my friend. After driving all way from Pembroke in Wales to Blackpool I had originally booked another hotel that was absolutely disgusting and I could not stay there. I frantically searched for another hotel on booking.com to find this.. I secured it straight away. Went to... More

Last minute stay for a birthday, On arrival we were very disappointed the hotel is very run down and basic and could do with a lot of doing up, our room was very small and not very clean even though the bed was ok and quite comfy. Had to pay an extra £10 for parking even though there were plenty... More

Excellent service. Lovely owners and great breakfast. Very friendly hotel to stay at. Full off road parking is a bonus at reasonable rate. Rooms presented very nicely. Bar area useful as has a pool table.

Didnt get to stay here after booking - and after reading through some of the reviews I think we had a lucky escape too. Made our booking for one night only - granted booking.com stated non refundable which I was ok with - also stated check in between 1400hrs and 1800hrs and to confirm with hotel if check in required... The hotel was run by aLovely owner! Very good breakfast and very welcoming, clean rooms would stay again! Very close to the tram stop and view of the sea. Enough space for parking too when arriving and they are very happy to help you out with anything

Pleasant owners. Booked 2 triple rooms one smelled so bad (drains) I had to ask for another room. Could only accommodate a double, which was sufficient. We didn't get one of the rooms shown on video (which looked very nice). Ours was average, the front kept coming off the bedside cabinet and wallpaper peeling off the wall but in general... More
