The check in was really quick, the room was clean and had fresh towels and a large TV provided. Our view wasn't too great as it was obstructed by scaffolding since there is some work going on. We visited the bar on the first night and enjoyed a drink and a game of pool and it had a nice vibe.... More

We stayed here for 1 night with our 11yr old son for one night as a stop over coming home from Windsor, staff were friendly enough on arrival, but the room was in desperate need of refurb and a good clean. It's smelt damp and musky and there were damp patches over walls, the smell of stale urine from the... More

We decided to stay here as our other B&B was full and were pleasantly surprised with the hotel after reading some of the reviews. The man on reception was very friendly and had a noticeable smile on his face during both checkin and checkout. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in and it looked like the room we stayed... Just left after an over night stay here. Rooms were immaculate. We stayed in a family room and was impressed by the size. Lots of towels and tea making facilities. Flat screen television. I can't understand how people moan because for the price it's excellent value. Only issue we had was parking but after having a word with the owner,... More

We stayed for one night with our 6 yr old daughter in a family room. The room was a good size but very basic indeed. Beds (daughter had a bunk bed) were very comfy once you got in (but extremely bouncy). No extra facilities are available at all and no breakfast offered. Very pricey for what we had / condition... This hotel is in the middle of refurbishment our room was lovely and new and clean. Bar is not ready but they said would be finished soon. Nice friendly staff even tho they hadn't recieved my booking through a independent company I used! They straight away sorted a room for us.
