Bed crinkled because of the mattress protector. The sheet kept coming off the mattress. Tinned mushrooms and under cooked bacon....

Will start with the positives.John and Lynn are a lovely couple, they recommended places to eat and even gave us 2for1 vouchers for the attractions which was very kind, breakfast was first class couldn't fault it. I didn't expect luxury for the reasonable price we paid for bed and breakfast.Good location for the pleasure beach, bit longer to the tower...

Stayed here from Saturday to Friday with no problems. Linda and John were friendly and helpful from the start. Room was clean with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good and set you up for the day. Great central position for nearly everything. Will most definitely use again.
