Well what can I say booked through Late rooms as a last minute get away. £ 60 for night I would be embarrassed to charge £30 if I was the owner. No wonder they don't do breakfast imagine the chit chat over it. On check out weren't asked how the stay was which says it all. Definitely would look around... More

David and Wahn were very friendly and made sure I was made very welcome and nothing was to much trouble. I will defiantly be visiting again and would highly... More

We came to stay at this hotel for Halloween 2015 after reading such good reviews but to our dissapointment we arrived with no welcome just a key and £20 deposit needed we sat in the bar to have a drink and only saw David when he came to serve us to which we had to ring a bell we had... More

Me and my hubby stayed 2 nights. The owner was really friendly. There is no food being served. But right round corner is Cafe 97. Rooms are nice. TV, bathroom, tea/coffee, hairdryer and a safe are in rooms. Very close to promenade. Great wee place .

We were greated by a very nice man who helped us so much he even moved his car so we could Park without getting a ticket. The service we received was amazing and friendly. Close enough to the prom so you can walk to the amusements.

Stayed here at half term. It was cheap, clean, quiet and the owner was friendly. Breakfast was good and food plentiful. It certainly wasn't dirty - yes it is not modern and bright but it doesn't advertise itself as a boutique hotel either - it is exactly what it says it is and I would stay again. As for £20... More
