While staying at the hotel recently, the fire alarm sounded early morning, as you receive an introductory letter with your room keys, it informs you of the hotels procedures to follow should the alarm be sounded. My wife and I along with two other female guests made our way down the fire escape only to find no one from the...

Dear George, Further to your recent review I make the following observations - On the morning in question both night porters who are fully trained fire marshal's were directing customers to our strict fire evacuation procedure. We booked this hotel for a break from work so can't really say it's s holiday, but non the less we arrived here around 2:00pm and had to wait a little while for our room to be ready, which wasn't a problem. The lounge bar area was clean and tidy and all of the staff were friendly and well presented....
