Great friendly & helpful staff . My room was great but the toilet was a little to tight against the wall . The tv did,nt have very many freeview channels . But the entertainment in the evening is good u get two lots of bingo on the night one is free the other is u pay for it then there is the evening entertainment and some dancing as well. There is also a good coffee shop inside the hotel and a wee bar next to it as well.

Booked for 2 nights away with a couple of friends. It was full of the older generation and was one of those places where you can tell the visitors go back regularly. Room was on 1st floor. Plenty of room for the 2 of us and worth what we paid. All over the hotel it says no smoking anywhere on site. Yet we constantly smelt smoke in our room, looked out the window and the staff were stood on their breaks smoking. We’re non smokers so that wasn’t nice to keep smelling. Good location. Didn’t have any food in hotel and didn’t watch the entertainment on site as we went out.

Great location, the staff are really friendly and the bar prices are reasonable. The entertainment is more suited for the older generation. The family room was a good size but a little outdated, the bunk beds are a nightmare! They squeak every time one of the kids turned over which got very annoying through the night. Our room hadn't been hovered as there were bits of wrapper in the corner left by previous guests and my son sat on the floor and his trousers were covered in blonde hair, I told reception staff who said housekeeping would go and sort it but when we later returned it was still there. The tea tray was plentiful but was grubby and dusty. We had 2 bedside lamps which we couldnt use as there were no plug sockets for them to be plugged into! They had just been pat tested but were useless with no sockets.it was a family room suitable for 4 guests but we only had 2 sockets in the whole room? The corridors creaked so you could hear every guest walking past your door. The double bed was comfortable but the bunk bed mattress were of poor quality and both kids complained they weren't comfortable. I'm afraid I would not recommend this hotel, 1 night was enough!

Just returned after a long weekend away to the Seabank and have nothing but praise for the excellently run hotel from the first moment we arrived till we left nothing was too much trouble for the amazing staff . We had a family room which was very comfortable and more than enough space for our needs . The food at the Seabank was amazing loads of choices at dinner which is spaced out over 2 sittings to suit your needs and the breakfast was unbelievable so much to choose from . Their is loads of evening entertainment in the hotel which we unfortunately didn’t see out all day with a 4 yr old who was out like a light at 10 o’clock but definitely catch show next yr as have booked longer stay already can’t recommend the Seabank hotel highly enough and counting the days till we return
