I honestly talk from the heart, this hotel is awesome. Nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast fantastic. Comfy beds, clean room, great location, quite, honest, genuine, friendly and most of all you arrive as guests and leave as friends. We've stayed in this hotel 3 times and we always receive a warm welcome it has cosy rooms, a really clean and comfortable bed. The Breakfast is first rate and parking is close and convenient. We can't recommend this hotel have highly enough.

We will definately be booking here again. Rooms very clean, luxurious, Dee is very welcoming and can't do enough for you. Breakfast was lovely, and we can honestly say this is the best bed and breakfast we have ever stayed in at Blackpool. short walk to North peer. Nice and quiet location

Our gang of 5 had 4 rooms-all extremely clean with comfortable beds. The twin room included a mini fridge so each evening we all congregated there for quick snack and pre meal drinks- & as Dee & Sue had allocated rooms close together-& behind a safety door, hopefully we didn't disturb rest of guests with our laughter! Absolutely fantastic dee was brilliant would recommend to anyone one .The breakfast were amazing you had all sorts to choose from 3 different juices tea coffee hot chocolate. The rooms were clean fresh towels we went in October so was wet n cold but our room was warm n cosy Close to the beach and not far from bars n... More

My Husband, myself and our Daughters stayed here on Saturday night as our Daughters had a Dance Comp at the Winter Gardens on Sunday. Fantastic location, just a 10min walk from the Winter Gardens. A short and sweet review. I booked a late room on New Years Eve and stayed two nights. A superb little hotel...homely friendly, very clean and a brilliant breakfast. By far the best Blackpool small hotel that I've stayed in. Thank you Dee and Sue, have a fabulous 2016!

Lovely hotel with excellent facilities. Dee the owner accommodated us in every way with regards to parking..right outside the hotel. Beautiful ensuite rooms with everything you need..tv, tea/coffee/hot choc drinks tray & very comfy bed. Great breakfast too. Highly recommended.

This hotel and it's hosts made a great weekend absolutely brilliant. The hotel room was beautifully clean as was the whole hotel, and there was lovely little touches in our room. Just arrived home after having spent 3 nights at Dee & Sues hotel, it's our second home!!! Always looked after so well, that's why we keep going back(sorry Dee) . Room lovely, food lovely etc. see you guys again soon.
