Sue and Jim were friendly and excellent hosts. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The north shore of Blackpool is a little more genteel than the south shore, but the tram and buses make it easy to get to the Tower and Prom in a few minutes. Overall, a relaxing stay with friendly hosts in a good... More

What can I say that hasn't already been said? It's like staying with good friends...friendly, comfortable and relaxing. The hosts were very informative about places and other very useful tips. It was lovely coming 'home' to find home-made cakes just waiting for you! The breakfasts were cooked to perfection with interesting and mouth-watering 'specials' offered along with cereals, yoghurts, fruits,... More

My third visit in almost as many years says it all really. Always assured of a warm welcome from the friendly hosts and ideally placed for the promenade and the tram down to North Shore or up to Fleetwood. Sue and Jim clearly take a special pride in what they do which is to provide all their guests with the... More

I stayed at this guesthouse for two nights this week, the house from top to bottom is decorated beautifully and has a vintage style look, the owners do offer there guests more than most guesthouses. Eg free homemade cakes, plasters, a bottle open, robes, etc. The breakfast is nice, but i must say when we arrived we could of been... More

Just returned this week from a two night stay with my partner and 4 year old son. What a fabulous place. Jim and Sue were so friendly and went above and beyond what I would normally expect. Homemade cake and biscuits in the hallway and sweets and water in our room were extra touches which made all the difference. The... More

Helped ourselves to a couple of slices of Sue's delicious lemon cake on arrival. Breakfast includes the best sausages we've ever tasted and the home made jam and marmalade just... More
