Just returned from a 4 day stay at the North Crest, having previously lived / worked in the Blackpool area for nearly 15 years ( up to last year ) decided to visit for a few days to catch up with friends, where to stay?, searched for B&B's in the north shore area, and North Crest came up, looked very... We visited Blackpool for 3 days and had a lovely stay with Sue and Jim at North Crest. We were greeted by Sue and Jim and offered freshly baked cakes and biscuits which were delicious. The room "the nest" was a lovely family room, spotlessly clean and a home from home we were very happy. Breakfast was amazing, a great... More

We stayed there for two nights while doing a course nearby. So many places to choose from in Blackpool and we were really happy with this guest house. The couple hosting are top draw. Really friendly and helpful. Felt comfortable and relaxed from arrival. Breakfast was fresh and beautiful. Offered veggie sausages when asked for a meat free breakfast. Complimentary... More

We stayed here as a family group while visiting Blackpool for five days. Sue and Jim could not have been more helpful, the rooms are spotlessly clean and the breakfasts are as good as it gets in a B&B with lots of choice and specials. Food is cooked to order not kept under a hot lamp buffet style. We will... More

I get to stay in guest houses once or twice a year along with other hotels for a few relatively cheap breaks in various towns and cities. I always pick them after carefully researching the location and knowing exactly the facilities I require. Quiet, clean, decent safe area, mostly a double room for one, tv, tea/coffee, good breakfast parking, wifi... More

A lovely place within 100 yards walk to the tram station. Our Family room was excellent and the breakfast was one the best I have ever had. The added extras were bottled water and sweets in the room with the usual tea/coffee facilities along with home made cake in reception. A very detailed approach to customer care.

We stayed for 2 nights for our first trip away with our 22 month old granddaughter. Sue and Jim were absolutely lovely hosts, they couldn't do enough for us, Sue went out of her way to find details of a fun soft play area to take our granddaughter to. The hotel is immaculate, perfectly located for the trams and buses.... More
