We arrived after a really eventful morning, awful time. But we were welcomed by the really helpful lady owner. She was great really caring and concerned about what we had gone through. My mum arrived before me and she was shown round our room. Which was on the 2nd floor and was a deluxe 2 bedroom family room. Lovely room,... More

There were steep steps to enter the property, however it was a lovely gesture and of great help when the owner carried my heavy bag up the two flights of stairs to my room. The room itself was smaller than I expected, the carpet and bed headboard were stained and require cleaning, however the bed was comfotable and linen clean... More

In the write up about the hotel/b&b itself it classes it's rooms as 'quirky' I'd say our family room was VERY basic, especially the bathroom. Nothing quirky about it. If anything it needs to be updated - yes there was a flatscreen tv with freeview as advertised, however this was around 4 metres from our bed and being 19inch we... More

Hi Kat, thanks for your review. Our write up does not describe our rooms as quirky, I'm not sure where you got this information but definitely not from our website which is the only write up I myself have written. If you read our welcome email, sent out as you book, we mention all access problems, thus giving the booker... More

Would recommend in a heart beat.staff were fantastic. Room was great. Kids loved it.great play roomg for them. Clean guest house. But definitely the staff (owners make it what is) I don't particularly like blackpool and won't be rushing back but if I did.... this would be my 1st choice

This hotel is very welcoming for families, 5 of us which included 3 teenage boys, the hotel was clean and comfy and met all our needs, breakfast was excellent and we will definitely come and stay here again, great central location and we were able to park a little further down the road, good value for money

Myself and my two teenage boys recently had a 3 night stay here in one of the family rooms and on arrival received a very warm welcome. The owners are indeed lovely (as mentioned by a previous guest, who i think might have been staying there at the same time we were). The rooms were very clean and functional with... More
