Had a short one night stay at this hotel. Nice and clean if a little dated and worn round the edges. Reasonable price for drinks in the bar, can't comment on the food as we didn't go for breakfast as we had been out fairly late the night before. I was initially disappointed as when I booked the hotel I...

We stayed here overnight on a weekend coach break. The decor of The hotel was very dated as are most Blackpool hotels. But what stood out about this one was the cleanliness the food and the staff. You couldnt have found better food choice and taste in a 4* hotel. The staff were very helpful and polite and couldnt have...

Location of this hotel is perfect. A couple of minutes walk away from Hounds Hill, Blackpool Tower, Coral Island etc. We stayed in a twin room for 3 nights B & B. Room although a little on the small side, was perfectly adequate for our needs. Breakfast was lovely and the manager was very friendly.

We would recommend this hotel to anyone. The food was excellent with plenty of choice . It all tasted home made and...

We had a great 2 nights stay in April as my daughter was competing. We found the hotel lovely and clean and very friendly - the staff couldn't do enough for you especially Michael the manager. Breakfast was lovely and cooked to order. We will always come back to the Sutcliffe now whenever we are in Blackpool.

Receptionist grumpy, manager friendly. Rooms dated, but very clean, and kept clean throughout our stay. The whole hotel is clean. Entertainment ok. Happy hour well worth it. Chose of food available. Fab location for centre of town and beach.
