Visited this hotel for a two night stay with two friends for a dance competition. Receptionist grumpy, manager friendly. Rooms dated, but very clean, and kept clean throughout our stay. The whole hotel is clean. Entertainment ok. Happy hour well worth it. Chose of food available. Fab location for centre of town and beach.

Whereas I found the hotel very warm this is normal in most hotels I go to so used to this. The Manager and his team were friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. The location is only a couple of minutes walk from the seafront and similar to the shops/shopping centre. The shopping centre has an excellent array of... More

This was our 3rd time at this hotel and the standards have certainly dropped. We go as a group for a dance championship each year and whilst things are basic, the hotel is ideally situated for our needs. However, this year we had no water - the faucet giving a cursory drip now and again. When finally resolved as long... More

Unfortunately after many years of cuming to Sutcliffe. I and other friends are going to find alternative accommodation next Year. As like last year no hot water again unless you get up at five at use what is available. No good. Whilst comfortable it is antiquated and needs a expensive refurb.

Hi just stayed at the sutcliffe hotel here in Blackpool and have to say I enjoyed the stay here. You get well fed for breakfast with a variety and if you prebook an evening meal it only cost £5 which was great value... Rooms are attended daily and if I was to give any less stars I suppose it would... More

What makes this hotel special is the hospitality provided by the owner and the staff. They are willing to go the extra mile to accommodate their guests and make them feel welcome.
