Clean place. Comfy bed. Lots of little touches added. They go the extra mile. Nice breakfast. They restaurant is open for dinner and the lounge/bar was nice....

I decided to take my partner away for a few days as a birthday treat. The reception we received from the staff was fantastic, we felt like family straight away. The rooms were amazing. Nothing but high praise and would go again in a heartbeat. It's easily accessible by car with access to parking. It's a short walk away to...

Me and my partner have never been to Blackpool before and we received this as a present from his mum and we're glad it was booked with Kings. Paul and Tina were never far away and always there to help. They were so friendly and it felt like we were in their home which was such a warm feeling. The...

Nice selection of complimentary toiletries, and slippers and dressing gowns as well. The full English breakfast was excellent and set us up for a days walking. Paul and...

Just got home from a lovely few days at the King's in Blackpool. I have nothing negative about the place to say. Paul and Tina who run the place are lovely. The room was spotless with sweets and biscuits left in the room for us. We had everything we needed. The food there was fantastic, the breakfast catered for everybody,...

Found this little gem of a hotel...so glad we did. Stayed for 3 nights. Absolutely spotlessly clean, room was lovely and the little extras..slippers sweets and toiletries were a nice touch. Bar was very reasonably priced and so was the dinner menu, we had 2 great meals, but the owners Tina and Paul really made our stay even better, so...

I booked very short notice so had a single room. I was upgraded to a single room with a sea view. It was clean and spacious, and very welcoming with complimentary toiletries and even a small bag of sweets! The gentleman who owned the hotel was extremely friendly and polite. Location wise, the hotel is on the promenade so very...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
You are always guaranteed a warm welcome at the Kings of Blackpool, family owned and operated, it is on Blackpool's more family orientated New South Promenade just alongside the Pleasure Beach. With extensive refurbishment during the last 2 years we think you will find the Kings a great place to stay. Situated almost in the shadow of Pepsi Max, (the Big One) at the pleasure beach, we are a five minute walk from the Sandcastle leisure complex which now has the longest water flume In Europe, The Grosvenor casino and the South Pier are also just a five minute stroll the same way along the promenade. Kings of Blackpool is in an ideal location for the young and young at heart, if you wish to explore greater Blackpool then just cross the road to the tram stop where you can travel as far as Star Gate one way and Fleetwood the other. All of our rooms are ensuite, freshly decorated each year and come with all sorts of complimentary little extras. There is no need to bring your own towels, dressing gowns and slippers, or even an iron and ironing board as Kings supplies them all free of charge. We also offer guests a security safe in their room, there is a small key charge for this service. ... more   less
