Parking is restricted at rear of bnb but I managed 2 get in at a cost of £ 3 per day which is very reasonable as blackpool was mobbed due... More

We stumbled across this little gem by mistake really,we were booked in somewhere else but decided to look closer to town. Communal areas were clean and tidy. Rooms ok but sadly cold showers, hair in plug hole and someone's old razer blade left on soap holder in shower. Breakfast ok but sadly host not very friendly towards us. Good central location very close to the beach.

One of our rooms had trouble with their shower but this was recitfied within 5 minutes of reporting it. Breakfast was plentiful, served by two young... More

In the past 18 years, we have been guests at Roger and Denise's 53 times. This works out at 3 weeks per year if not more. Cannot fault the hotel or hosts in any way shape or form. Need we say more. We look forward to our 54th visit in October (brill)
