This hotel, is great. First of all, it's a short walk to the Pleasure Beach, Pier, Tram stop. The staff are friendly and easy to talk to! Being a vegetarian the manager, came and found me to know what sort of food I do like, all made on site and you can taste the difference compared to ready-made. The room...

Stayed here for 2 nights in August 2016. The hotel is similar to most hotels in Blackpool, run down and not very attractive. It's in a great location, a 2 minute walk from the beach. The hotel room was very cheap so we couldn't complain about the price. The hotel also sold cheap drinks to their guests. Nothing special but...

Basic hotel, good value for money. Enjoyed the food. A singer called Sammi Shepherd entertained us, she was a fantastic singer and very funny too. Very handy for tram stops and south pier. Made lots of new Friends at the hotel as everyone was really nice

We stayed here recently as part of a coach trip. The up side was that the breakfast and evening meals were very good and good choice. The down side was the room, it was very dark and small and needed a definite make-over. The bathroom (I use that loosely) was small and the shower in need of updating, as does...

Stayed here for 4 night would not recommend this hotel it's dated, dirty and food terrible let all from frozen. Instead of making it £1 bar should make the drink a little bit more expensive and put the money on to cleaner rooms I have enclosed pictures. Would definately never go back.

Visited St Elmo hotel for a day trip. Room was a bit spacious, bed linen was bad stains on duvet cover. Shower head was bad. Managment should try and repair please. Price was ok for such room but cleaning standard 5/10. Observation staffs over work themselves because it's a family business. Very close to blackpool pleasure beach. Dinner was absolutely...
