Our second visit - everything as wonderful as the first one last year. Hosts are extremely helpful, very friendly and warm. The breakfast is delicious and keeps us going almost the whole day! The room is extremely comfortable with a roomy and modern bathroom. The cleanliness and freshness of the accommodation is faultless. Tracey also bakes cakes and cookies as... More

We stayed in this b&b last week & I have nothing but the best to say about it! Lovely location, very central, quiet street, spotless, comfortable, cozy. Beautifully decorated rooms/large bathroom, tea facilities in the rooms, sweets. I have to give Tracey & Andy top marks for their welcome & warmth. All the little touches incl home baked cakes &... What can we say this place is beyond amazing we booked in for 3 nights after reading reviews and so happy we did. When we arrived we got a very warm welcome from Andy and Tracey which made us feel at home within 1 minute. Andy offered to help with the bags and took most of them which was so... More

It has been quite some time since I felt inclined to write a review, but a stay at the Kenilworth Guest House has encouraged me to take up my computer and type! My husband and I spent 2 weeks travelling the Lake District, Scotland and Northumbria and out of the 6 guest houses we stayed in (all of which we... More

I am really glad to hear that your trip went well and that you had a good time at all the places you stayed at. As you mention Tracey's baking is fast becoming epidemic and I'm having to... More

We stayed here for our four night stay in the Lake District and couldn't be happier with our choice. Andy and Tracey went above and beyond, making our stay perfect. Being Celiac wasn't a problem, we were treated to Gluten free breakfasts every day, with lots of variety. Tracey's homebaked gluten free biscuits were a real treat too. Our rooms... More

This was the second time I have stayed at the Kenilworth. The first time was with my husband and we loved it that much the second time we treated all the family ( all 7 of us) to a two night stay. Our stay was even better this time, Tracie and Andy went above and beyond with their hospitality. Nothing... More

We booked this guest house based on the reviews of the property and the location; we weren't disappointed. Our initial impression was how lovely the outside look and how great it was to be warmly welcomed by the proprietors, Andy and Tracey, both of whom were very pleasant hosts. Our son and his partner joined us on our 3 day... More

Guys, Thank you so much for your lovely review we really appreciate when people write such nice things as it validates our efforts.
