Clean and comfy rooms. The hosts Tracey and Andy go the extra mile to ensure you have a pleasurable and memorable stay. The breakfast is excellent and there is delicious home baked cake every afternoon. What more do you need?

This is the second time I've stayed at kenilworth house, and I can't fault either the accommodation or the owners Tracey and Andy. From the moment you walk in, to the moment you leave, they can't do enough to make your stay memorable, from the breakfasts to the home made cakes and biscuits everything is quality and you would do... Normally read reviews about places to stay via trip advisor before booking. Did not review the Kenilworth - simply chosen for very close proximity to centre of Windermere. (3 min walk) What a wonderful surprise. Tracey and Andy could not be better hosts, so welcoming and friendly. Andy has a wealth of knowledge about the area and where to go... More

We would come to this B&B more often but unfortunately work gets in the way! This is our fourth time and nothing has changed since the first time we came. Attention to detail is still top notch. Breakfasts are excellent. You will not need anything else until tea time. The choice is amazing. Tracey bakes cakes and biscuits which are left... More

Very high standard Guest House, beautifully renovated room with ensuite and comfortable bed. Andy and Tracey were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast each morning was excellent and Tracey baked fresh cakes and slices every day which were yummy! Would highly recommend.
