The staff were friendly. However, we were really disappointed when we had notified them prior to travelling and again upon arrival, that one of...

This is a lovely if old hotel, the interior of the rooms are some what dated, however the social areas are lovely and of good quality, warm and comfortable, sadly no bar but plenty of other areas near by to have relaxing drink, however breakfast was lovely and well worth having.

Good clean rooms, very good staff, excellent breakfast. 2 minutes walk from Windermere village, ideal location for a short stay. Plenty of parking. Lodge has a small bar open to residents with small assortment of drinks available.

We enjoyed our two night stay. The Lodge is well situated and just minutes away from shops, pubs and restaurants. There was ample parking on site for guests. The bed was clean and very comfortable although the beams in the room meant I had to duck getting in and out of bed and when using the toliet. We found the...
