Lovely area. Dirty caravan. Booked a dog friendly so expect some marks and scuffs even a slight smell, but dirty microwave and mould in the bedroom and bathroom. Spoke to reception who said they would send someone round and no-one turned up. Shocking. Caravan site clean and tidy.

Had high hopes for this place based on reviews so had book a 2 week family holiday, but sadly really fell short. Stayed in a "refurbished" 3 bed lodge and list of issues sadly quite endless. Balcony area still dirty with food on the floor, no towels supplied on arrival and no mattress protectors in sight! Had a major water leak in first week week which left a large puddle at bottom of steps but also leaked into a twin bedroom soaking the carpet in wardrobe and end of the bed- was reported and an attempt fix done but room became damp and couldn't use wardrobe- Had to wear shoes to walk on carpet! I could unfortunately go on as more issues too but am sure point is made. Would definitely not rate this as 5* and certainly won't return
