Superb b&b, very welcoming and friendly owners. We came here for an anniversary get away and we loved every minute of our stay. Excellent food and service and lovely tasty treats too! The owners have fantastic knowledge of the local area and are very good at recommending walks for all abilities. Lovely cosy rooms, which were very well kept and clean, the decor is unique and gives the b&b a lovely homely feeling. Can't wait to come and stay again soon!

We were incredibly well looked after by Jim and Tine during half term. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with the added extras of fresh muffins and gluten free cake. They were great at providing advice for our days activities depending on the weather and the breakfasts were a real treat.

I am almost reluctant to review, as it will mean this lovely B&B will get more booked up! However, the owners deserve a really good review. The rooms are private, roomy, comfortable, well-stocked with goodies and little comforts and warm, with plenty of hot water at the end of a day of walking and wet! The owners are attentive, interested in their guests and their needs, and their breakfast and homemade cakes and breads are excellent. And they were especially careful in the time of the pandemic - all areas were sanitised and a good system of social distancing with other guests was in place.

Jim and Tine are very welcoming. Our rooms were spacious and well equipped and the beds comfortable. The food was plentiful and delicious. We appreciated the advice on local, family-friendly walking. And we loved watching all the birds on the feeders.

Jim & Tine are very friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable of the local on all the local walks & provided tailored/appropriate advice. The beds were comfy, and I got a good night's sleep. Have already recommended to friends & I will be returning again next year!
