Well appointed, friendly, family run accommodation a short walk from town. Comfy bed with nice quality bedding, all very clean. Breakfasts very nice and served with a smile ☺ I will definitely come back on my next walking holiday.

Stayed here for two nights recently. The owner made me very welcome and the room was comfortable and clean. The bed was on the small side but I had the best nights sleep away from home that I have had for a long time so it must have been comfortable. The breakfast was very good quality and was a good... I had a comfortable room and the location is close to the town centre and very quiet. Breakfasts were good with plenty to eat and drink. There was a wonderful view of the mountains from my bedroom window The only bad point was that the wifi was not provided free

I was welcomed by one of the owners, Mark, who helped to carry my luggage to my room. My room was soooo very cosy. I slept really well in a spacious bed. At home I paid a few hundred pounds for a good mattress from John Lewis, well this mattress beats mine !!! Breakfast was excellent and very generous. All... More

Lovely 2 night stay at the Silverdale. Very friendly owners, nothing was a bother to them. Breakfast had a great selection with lots to eat and drink. Room very clean and tidy, lovely big white towels. Not too far from town and also parking area. Would stay again.

Stayed at the silverdale over the Easter weekend. Very friendly welcome and stayed in the family room. Single bed was in an adjoining room which my son like as he felt he was in his own room. Clean rooms. Tea tray replenished every day. Plenty on offer at Breakfast. In easy walking distance for Kestick town centre and walks.

Lovely New Year break in this B&B. Spacious room was spotlessly clean with complimentary tea and coffee, flatscreen TV and free wifi. Nice ample breakfast set us up for the day. Just a few minutes walk to the centre of Keswick. Pleasant friendly hosts and wouldn't hesitate to go back.
