Nice friendly people very clean and modern rooms. Breakfast was one of the best I have ever had 10 out of 10. Located close to the town centre which made it ideal for us. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Visited with my boyfriend over the May Day bank holiday. We booked this as a last minute trip, and it was such a lovely find. We had the double en-suite room on the second floor. It was lovely and clean with all the little things you can think of available - such a water (fizzy and still), tea, coffee, hot...

Stayed in a few guest houses over time, but nothing compared to this. Absolutely beautiful. Rooms immaculate with 'everything' you would possibly need. Lovely comfy bed! Breakfast, delicious, excellent, outstanding! Central to walk to shops, river etc. Easy to get to Windermere /M6 without having to go through the town centre. Owners can't do enough to make your stay enjoyable....

Very friendly and thoughtful. Fantastic breakfasts and great service. Would 100% recommend this B&B and we look forward to returning. Parking was not a problem. 5 mins walk from the town centre. A great base for exploring The Lakes.

Fastidiously immaculate rooms with a lovely breakfast.Extras which were provided in the bedroom and bathroom were really beyond what you would expect. Lovely views from the second floor double room even if the upper stairs were a tad narrow and steep. Quality of the bed and bedding was exceptional. I found parking no problem being issued with a parking permit...

There are many B&B's in the Lake District and many will offer everything you need to rest, recuperate and refresh following your day in the shops or the lakes, however, none will actually have EVERYTHING you need, well so I thought... Every...

I 100% recommend this B&B. Quiet, perfectly clean rooms with all sort of amenities (sweets, bottles of water, chocolates, cooffee, bathroom stuff...). Chris & Inoka, the owners, are very friendly and kind. I forgot some cloths and they sent it back to me by post. Outstanding breakfast.

I would thoroughly recommend this bed and breakfast as it is in an excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the centre of Kendal. The rooms are excellent and the owners are simply superb, and cannot do enough to make your stay so enjoyable.
