We never right reviews but felt compelled to say thank you to all the staff for making our Lake District birthday break so perfect. From our warm reception, Sue you are great! To the indulgent spa session and meal, truly faultless. We can't wait to return. Thank you.

Was initially disappointed with room but having expressed our disappointment at reception without any fuss we were upgraded to a most incredible suite, outstanding PR. The staff pleasant, friendly and would highly recommend this hotel in one of the most magnificent villages within the Lakes District.
