Upon arriving at the hotel we were taken in buy the beautiful grounds, ample parking and grand entrance way to the actual hotel..... but then it stopped there! It became abundantly clear the lack of staff and waited over 5mins (even after ringing the bell)...More

Lovely setting, very quiet & peaceful. Room was very dated and small, but everything worked and bed was comfy enough. No view from room (4) upgrade was available didn't bother as only there overnight and got a bargain price stay. Excellent breakfast & very helpful...More

Stayed here via Groupon on a 2 Night B&B Deal with scone & coffee on Arrival, Also paid an extra £5pppn for a superior room. This worked out at just over £40pppn, which was fine. (would'nt have liked to have paid the quoted £85pppn though!!)....More

Other than the hotel itself there are no other restaurants nearby, there are a number of pubs about 3/4 mile away in the village

First floor, LHS of the hotel. Bedroom overlooking outstanding views of the valley. Yes I think it is the bridal suite. When staying at this hotel we only stay in room 11. Outstanding views.
