After travelling around the UK for a month, from B & B to B & B, Sue and Bev, nailed it ! AMAZING Breakfast. Large room, and ensuite. Picturesque garden. Location is great for discovering the Lakes District. I couldn't recommend highly enough. Thank you both for enhancing our stay.

Had three nights at this luxurious bed and breakfast. Everything was great - rooms, beds, breakfasts - and Sue and Bev were so welcoming and kind. Very near the river for short local walks and just within sight of the fells. Excellent.

We have just spent 2 nights here with Sue and Bev and have had a really nice time. We (and our little dog) felt very welcome from the moment we arrived and would definitely go back again. The location is superb. Close enough to everything but also away from all of the thousands of tourists. The food here is amazing....

Amazing stay, shop and park all close by. Warm welcoming and heart warming owners Although we spent our time visiting the whole lake district. We selected 2 b&b's and we looked at the pictures and this one looked 100% better .but it is a good hotel
