We had a super time at the Winstanley wedding. Gary and his staff where really attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The wedding reception was really nice and the food was superb. The evening buffet was to die for just what every body needed. Thanks again.

This hotel is central and easy to find. Albion Street parking is nearby and included in the room rate. Reception staff are excellent, very helpful and thoughtful. We had two rooms over our three night stay, Emily Suite was a little more expensive than room 1 but still great value. Some daytime noise from reconstruction across the square at the... More

Genuine welcome from very polite helpful staff through the hotel. We sat in the bar area in the evening which over looks the garden square and ate roast lamb which was cooked to perfection. Very relaxing atmosphere. The rooms and hotel is spacious, clean and well stocked, Large TV, free wifi, tea, coffee, kettle, fan, iron, hair shampoo, shower gel and... More

I would like to thank the young lady on reception at the Kingston Theatre Hotel who saved our visit to Hull for my daughters graduation from becoming a disaster . Stupidly I had made an error on my booking and instead of booking two rooms I only booked one room. The young lady did her utmost to make sure she... More

Use this lovely restaurant many times. You can eat in the restaurant or in the bar. We have a light lunch always freshly prepared. Lovely comfortable place to eat and left alone to enjoy. Service second to none and staff always happy and pleasant. Plenty of places to park and only a 5 minute walk to the centre of hull.... More

I have stayed here a few times. Really, nice rooms, we had a massive suite. Breakfast is ok but not buffet, but the Full English is fine. Free Parking is around the corner and arranged at the hotel. The area is near the Theatre and, if you walk anywhere, a lot of this area need redevelopment.

My first impression was that this hotel needed a bit of TLC. The carpet looked as though a good wash would do it good. However, the fast and friendly welcome at the small reception area more than made up for that. I was soon off to my room in a different block. The room was a little dark with a... More

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions, and have never been disappointed. We had an overnight stay here on Saturday as we were attending the Place des Anges show in nearby Queens gardens. It is ideally situated just off the city centre, with all the shops and transport hubs within a 10 minute walk. The... More

Hull's a bit of a mess at the moment, preparing for its grand re-opening as a city of culture next year. This quirky little hotel with its seemingly endless corridors is a tad old-fashioned, but no less charming for that. Great, just-off centre location on a pleasant square and very handy for the Hull Truck Theatre and even handier for... More

I stay regularly at this hotel due to work commitments and really can not fault it, the staff are great, really helpful and nothing is too much of a bother. As someone who is constantly on diets, they will make me food that suits my diet and is not always on the menu. On my most recent stay earlier this... More
