This is a very cosy and well-managed hotel on the Kent coast, and a real find. We had a lovely time and were very well looked after by the staff, nothing was too much. Our room, which was at the back, was well equipped if a little cramped and with little space for luggage. Breakfast was lovely and we are... More

When I looked through the visitors book the word that cropped up most often was probably 'quaint'! If you like a relaxed, comfortable and homely experience you will love the Royal Harbour Hotel. The genuine friendliness of the staff is immediately evident. There is an 'honesty' bar ( well,a nice old sideboard actually!) where you help yourself to drinks and just jot... More

I stayed here two night, with work, and was really impressed with the detail and thoughtfulness that had gone into both the decor and the customer service. A glass of bucks fizz was given on arrival, and cheese and biscuits for one of our party who was arriving late. There were libraries and books and records playing on the turntable.... More

A real home from home with lots of lovely touches. Books everywhere, spotlessly clean, comfy bed with duck & feather pillows. I'm sure if you wanted non allergic pillows, that would have been no problem. Beautifully laundered white bed linen & certainly not least, a Room with a View right over the harbour & a quaint little balcony to sit... More

We stayed at this lovely, quaint and quirky hotel for four nights and would have been happy to stay longer. We had a top floor room which was very quiet and had fantastic views of the harbour and even though the room was a bit small it was bright and comfortable. (There are a number of stairs to climb to... More

We had a great room on the top floor overlooking the harbour and the dog was very happy to be able to,join us! A great atmosphere throughout, lovely variety of cosy intimate lounges with lots of interesting books to browse on. Pretty courtyard garden to sit in. The lounge has a record player and selection of old LP's to enjoy... More

My wife and I stayed for five nights at the hotel in early July, and after a difficult journey and trying to park (Sunday not the best days) but park I did was able to park roadside outside of the hotel for the rest of my stay, A bit distressed on my eventual arrival having been delayed and booked for... This was our first visit to Ramsgate and the surrounding area and our stay at the Royal Harbour was a inspired choice. We were warmly welcomed at the reception and everything about the hotel was clearly explained. We also booked for dinner in the hotel restaurant "The Empire Room" as the Monday Supper Club menu looked interesting and very good... More

My partner and I visit Ramsgate quite a bit. This is the first time I have stayed in this particular hotel. Upon check in we were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel itself is very quaint and boutique. We had a cabin room which even though was small, was perfect. The public lounge areas were made up... More

Booked through booking.com as we usually do but had to cancel due to family commitments which may I add I done 3 days prior to arrival date. On the date which we had booked to arrive we were called by the manager David at just gone midnight to ask when we were arriving, of which I added we cancelled days... More
