Tudor house is a lovely B&B in the heart of Canterbury. The owner is very kind and helpful. The house is quite old and takes you back in the past, but it's clean and comfortable. We had a great stay there.

I visit Canterbury annually and a inseparable part of my visit there is to stay at the Tudor House. One is always sure of a warm welcome from Mahmad and Masi, the hospitable owners. The house itself is a quaint Tudor era house, sloping floors and all, with a long history. Its location in the centre of the most historic... More

Tudor house sums up Canterburys attraction, it has charm, character and is perfectly welcoming. The hosts are so warm and helpful and make an amazing breakfast! The city is great, there are lots of restaurants, bars, history and of course river tours, so what better way to stay than in a fabulously characteristic B&B when wanting to escape and relax.... Visited for our 22nd anniversary We had been before a few years ago but felt this time it was lacking somewhat. You can now no longer go in the garden which is a huge shame as it overlooks the stream and 'ducking stall' which was one of the reasons we revisited. We were 2 floors up in a dated room... More

First of all, booking the nights I wanted was hassle free and the owners were very helpful. Once my friend and I had arrive for our 4 night stay we were extremely pleased with the welcome from the owners, the were lovely and extremely helpful and chatty. Our room was perfect - tidy, clean and cosy. Breakfast every morning was... More

It was great to make a return visit to Tudor House. This was, I believe, my fifth visit. The Tudor House is very central for the many attractions of this famous, cathedral city. The train and coach stations are both a 10 minute walk from the B and B. The house itself is a fascinating survivor from the Tudor era and... More

The location is very good (centric), the hosts were friendly and the english breakfast was nice. The house is old and the room was a bit shabby but with an acceptable level of cleanness (I recommend some hooks and an improvement to the shower door). The downside was the fact that the wi-fi wasn't working and that it is difficult... More

I discovered The Tudor House in 2000, and I have stayed there many times since. I lead a group of students from my school each year, and this is our first stop on the tour. Mamad and Mazi are wonderful hosts who always take the greatest care of our people. The rooms are quaint, clean, and beautiful; the breakfast is... More

We stayed at the Tudor House for a friend's wedding, a perfect location for Canterbury. Great service, owners are more that happy to help with anything they can, beautiful old Tudor House, very homley, very good value for money since it is in the town centre, breakfast was lovely!

Stayed here for a friend's party just around the corner, very reasonable price, nice and friendly and helpful owners. Breakfast good and plentiful, very clean, if you want to stay in the centre of Canterbury then stay here, don't think you could find a better location, on the doorstep of everything!
