Booked a family room ahead of taking our son to the university so we had lots of big bags. The staff were brilliant as soon as we arrived helping us with parking and carrying nearly all of our bags up to our room. The room itself was spacious with a huge double bed & 2 full sized singles. The small...

A very well positioned, comfortable and well appointed place to stay. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast offered a very good choice of items. Ideal for a short break visit to Canterbury, everything is well within 10 minutes walk.

I stayed with two others. I had my own separate room which was nice apart from it being loud outside and the toilet not working properly. However, the people I stayed with were very unsatisfied. They were put in a room where the plumbing didn't work (the toilet was broken and the smell was bad), then moved to a smaller...

The location was good except for the noise which was expected being in the town. The room was clean and comfortable but the toilet made a terrible noise when flushed. The breakfast would have been quite nice if it was ready on time but we had to wait for the food to be put out and the tables to be laid....

A nice old hotel. It's a typical 3 star hotel and of country England. Good value, great location and clean too. As we were travelling as a family of four we needed two rooms. Unfortunately the management totally ignored our email request (from months before) for the two rooms to be located near each other. The rooms were 2 floors...

I stayed with 3 other guests for 1 night,a Saturday. The girl at reception was ok and check-in was basic and quick, with reception also doubling as a non-descriptive breakfast area. The "garden for you to enjoy" was a dirt ground area with 2 plastic chairs and a table..not very inviting. We were taken to the rooms and mine was on...

This is a very old building and full of character. Ideally situated in central position with all museums, cathedral, shops and other attractions within walking distance. 2 mins to main high street, and information centre ,2 mins to museum, 5 mins to Canterbury Tales museum. Rooms are clean and adequately sized. Tea/coffee facilities, Tv, free Wifi. Showering facilities good with...

A little gem tucked away minutes from the High street and Theatre. Staff friendly and helpful. Opportunity to purchase a car park ticket for £11 for 24 hours, hotel encourages you to park outside whilst you drop of luggage. Rooms were clean, rather dated but in keeping with building. Although continental breakfast, the choice was endless so something for everyone....

This B&B is very well located for the city centre and cathedral, the staff were welcoming, thoughtful and helpful and it was generally clean but is unfortunately very run down and dated. I found myself checking the use-by dates of the breakfast offerings as I felt like I'd ended up in a student kitchen, and the rooms had seemingly been...

Stayed at this little b&b for overnight stop. The room had the largest bed I have ever slept in and there was two singles as well. Room was neat and tidy although the place has character and is older but warm and cosy. I would stay here again! It is close enough for a drinking stay or short break to...
