I did not know what to expect, having not been in a caravan before - but this was just so wonderful! I was raving all weekend to my friends. I was first there, and was very impressed with how clean and well appointed the caravan was. When I saw a few missing items I mentioned them to the staff and...

In many ways a good site, toilets and showers very clean, excellent flat pitches. I would have given it a higher score but I really resent having to pay extra money to have a shower. Pub next door is great, a real old fashioned country pub, we loved it. The site is well located close to Canterbury, the coast at...

Stayed at the camp site over the August Bank Holiday. Pretty campsite. If you don't like cats probably not the place for you as the owners cat likes to come and have a nose. I didn't mind, but one of my family are allergic so was not over keen. My husband informed the owner that I was disabled when we...

Thank you for your review, I’m sorry you were not made aware of the disabled facilities at Canterbury Fields, if I am made aware of disabled persons staying on site, I always make sure our customers are told about them. . I hope this hasn’t put you off visiting us in the future.

Stayed in a static caravan on site. Having stayed in various sites in the UK and Abroad, I was less than impressed. It needed a good clean, and was very tired. Struggled to cook as cooker didn't give enough heat. Lack of essentials in van also. Pool was closed, but we knew this. Local pub is very friendly and it...

Thank you for your review, I am sorry the static caravan did’nt meet your expectations, but if you had made me aware of the problems we could have tried to sort them out or upgraded you to alternative accommodation. . I hope this hasn’t put you off visiting us in the future.

Friendly (possibly family business) staff, very clean, and able to park right next to your tent. My children were able to run around the area, feeling safe. There is a swimming pool, but its fenced off for safety (not available this season?). Facilities: 5 toilets for each sex, 4 showers each, and a hair dryer. Washing up area and place...

Thank you for your review, I’m glad your children felt safe on our park and enjoyed running around, the fireworks were a surprise to us all, they weren't at The Chequers Inn as you thought, they were at one of the private houses just along the road, unfortunately they do not have to inform us of any functions they may...

I was staying with a group of friends, we were shown to our pitch then left to our own devices. The pitches are quite large and we were quite near the facilities. The number of toilets/showers are not enough for the size of the site and no matter what time we used them the floor was flithy and there was...

Nice clean, well maintained site! The weather was absolutely fantastic! So we used the pool to maximum use! Traveled with small kids, so even better for them! Would definitely return as its only 2 hour drive for us! Keep up the good work guys!

We spent 2 nights here during half term. The weather was not great so the pool was not really an option. (I think you would feel better about paying the campsite prices if you got use of the pool!!) On the last day the kids did try it out And had fun, although cold!! Yew tree is a small friendly...

We stayed here for two nights bank holiday weekend. It was our first trip away in our trailer tent so wanted to stay local. Lovely site, manager helpful in showing us our pitch and how best to set up. Good showers/toilet block and although it was basic our three year old enjoyed the play park. Too early for the pool...
