Another one night stay in this amazing place. We had tickets to see Josh Widdicombe at The Marlowe Theatre and decided to stay at St Agnes. The greeting on arrival was friendly and warm as usual and our room was welcoming and cosy (Boston). We used the honesty bar which we really like. We just chilled with a few drinks...

This house is unique and comfortable to stay in. Great location for canterbury city centre. Not spoilt by modernisation. Inside the main house everything is as it should be. There is an honesty bar which is available 24/7 and breakfast is very tasty. Beware if driving while the car park is free to get to it is a little nerve...

The gorgeous, immaculate rooms, superb location & yummy breakfast were all outshone by the amazing friendly staff. We spent one lovely night here but were made to feel like we long time customers for years. We stayed in the Marrakesh suite (which has a nice terrace) and parents in Tokyo room both rooms were lovely and quirkily decorated. They have...

I have to leave a fantastic review for House of Agnes. My girlfriend and I always stay here whenever we visit Canterbury. The rooms are clean, comfy and cosy. The thing that really clinches it for me is how willing to help the staff are. I knew I wanted to propose to my girlfriend whilst I was visiting and I...

The rooms are all different, the Paris room has a fantastic bathroom with a deep wide bath which my wife loved the last time we stayed was in the stables again different to the other rooms but really nice. This is a fantastic...

My husband and I spent two nights at House of Agnes and will certainly go back again. We stayed in Stables 1 which is very well appointed and has a beautiful bathroom. The bed is very comfortable and we appreciated the biscuits and milky ways as well as the tea and coffee making facilities. The only slight problem we has...

We were impressed from the moment we arrived. The receptionist was great, really helpful and showed us around the hotel. We stayed in a stable room, it was exceptionally clean, very well decorated and had everything we needed - they thought of every detail, including my missing ear plugs! The train line runs directly behind the stable blocked, but this...
