So to start... The cocktails in here are beautiful!! Could have kept drinking them! We sampled lots between us all and there wasn't one that wasn't lovely! The music is fun even if the dance floor area is very compact! The bouncers are polite and not your usual 'I'm bored so I'm going to pick on you' sorta guys! They're... More

We came here for lunch in October because the food is always good and plenty of space for two pushchairs. I also asked if it was ok for my dad to come in with his mobility scooter as it was rather large and they were great about it even holding the doors open for him. They even brought his coffee... I stayed here on business, the room was excellent, although facing the road. It was very warm and it had a fan not as good as AC but ok. Breakfast was very slow even for it being cooked for you. I stay again but allow more time for breakfast

Stayed here overnight on a Saturday. Was a bit dismayed to find that it's really just some rooms above a bar/nightclub, so bought some earplugs in preparation for a noisy night. No car parking right on site, but there's a cheap multi-story just behind the street on which you enter the bar/hotel. In fairness, staff very friendly and trying hard... More

Positives - nice staff, very helpful and chatty. Very central location. Early check in allowed (though their standard policy is a ridiculous 4pm check in!). Negatives - expensive. No parking. Small, hot room. Theyve put radio speakers in the ceiling rather than air con...go figure. Window barely opens. Massive bathroom but same size as bedroom area which was cramped. Extremely... More

I have to admit, we were sceptical at first, we wanted to visit Hertford, do a bit of shopping and have a few drinks and not have to worry about getting home so we looked at a few hotels in the town centre and the Cinnabar Cafe Hotel kept cropping up, with mixed reviews. I'm really glad we took the... More

Located in the "heart" of Hartford. Cinnabar Café Hotel is a great place to stay for a night or two. Excellent standard of rooms! Cosy and comfortable! Modern (but not over the top), clean and well presented. Very friendly staff! David the manager and his staff are very warm and welcoming. Within the complex there is a very sociable bar... More

Describing our stay as 'average' perhaps does the hotel a disservice - staff were friendly, our room was nice and breakfast really hit the spot - but it's worth bearing in mind that it's an establishment for a particular kind of stay. The focus downstairs switches very quickly (from bar/restaurant to club) at the weekend and whilst the music shouldn't... More

I wanted to like this place I just thought it was a bit odd. Friendly staff but concentrating more on bar than hotel customers. £95 seemed steep for tiny room which was clearly a ex disabled room (not now) so using wet room bathroom was decidedly odd. May come again. On the whole - ok.
