Difficult to find the car park with a very narrow alley entrance. The staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is very old and full of character. There is a lively bar and brasserie both well stocked and served by great staff. our meal was OK, the "rack of lamb" could have perhaps been questioned under the trade description... More

It’s good to know our professional team were warm, welcoming and friendly and that you appreciated the character of our beautiful Tudor era hotel & coaching inn. Our brasserie and public bar areas are popular and lively with hotel guests and our discerning locals, so it is reassuring that you also enjoyed this aspect. To clarify a couple of points,... More

Had a light bar snack for lunch last Wednesday in very comfortable surroundings. The lounge has very comfortable chairs etc and a lovely atmosphere. The snacks were just right, not too much, not too little, presentation good along with the service. Well worth a visit.

Booked table, arrived on time and it wasn't ready. Came over to take our order and asked if we wanted water. We said yes but the water never arrived. 25 minutes later when finally serving staff walked past we asked to have it again. Received the water with our main meals. Food was fantastic. Both had fillet steak, cooked perfectly!... More

This is the perfect setting for Sunday lunch. The restaurant is attractive, staff are attentive and friendly. Our table for 4 had loads of room for us. The food was excellent. The roast beef was some of the best I have ever had- delicious! For those not wanting a traditional roast there are plenty of other options. I was too... More

After a very pleasant visit to Ledbury we ventured in to this hotel for a drink. What a lovely bar and very friendly staff. Good ales and complementary cashew nut. Many people already enjoying afternoon tea in the lounge which indicated to us that it is a very popular venue. We would stay here if we came this way again.

I was in Ledbury for several days recently and was recommended the feathers as somewhere to enjoy a quality meal. I have to be honest and say that the food was good but for the price and considering all the hype i was underwhelmed. Ok but nothing special.

We stay fairly regularly at the feathers In Ledbury and we have never been disappointed. Last weekend was no different , a warm welcome , friendly staff , fantastic food as usual . The feathers is an old world gem that provides both the friendly 'family' run experience as well as being run by people that are polished at what... More

Old beams, creaky floorboards and old charm. Staff friendly and welcoming. Wifi very flakey. Breakfasts are excellent. Parking, is plentiful, but approaches were for old coaches not modern wide cars Be very careful Well situated on the high st close to everything. Would stay again if in the area.

Very nice room, good food. But not a peaceful place on a Saturday night, dining room was taken over for a function and we were crammed into a very full and noisy bistro. Service was slow as a result. Business clearly good! The other strange thing was that though we booked an agreed price for dinner, B&B, the dinner amount... More
