We arrived just before 3pm to a locked front door, and a person approaching us who asked if we were the managers of the hotel. We were locked out. There were other guests say in the patio area waiting to be allowed into the hotel. It was a good job it was a nice day. We went for a walk...

We were greeted on arrival by Constatine and shown to our room no 4 ,lovely airy and warm. The hotel was cosy and breakfast on both mornings was full English with cereal fruit and also yogurts, to be honest a lovely relaxing 2 nights c/o Groupon. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

Had a lovely 2 day break here. The breakfasts were great and plentiful. The rooms were very clean and warm, could not find any fault during our short stay. Many thanks to Constantine for his hospitality.

Great hotel. Clean quiet warm welcome on arrival good full English breakfast doesn't do evening dinner but was aware when booking so didn't detract from a pleasurable stay. Worth the money and would use hotel again if in the Stroud area

The rooms were clean and bright, it was very warm and had toiletries and tea and coffee making facilities. Really good suggestions made by the hotel for evening dining and booking was very easy. We would stay...

Clearly a new business venture, the owner does try hard to please! If you want 5 star luxury- this isn't for you! It isn't a boutique hotel, the communal areas are very nice, but the standard isn't necessarily continued into the rooms. Is you look for dust & snagging- you'd find it. Our room was clean, quiet & incredibly warm!...

We just spent two nights at 134 Hotel, we had a lovely friendly greeting by Michelle, who showed us to our room and gave us lots of useful information about the area and were to eat. Our room was very nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was good and well cooked.

The hotel is easy to locate. On arrival we were welcomed by Michelle, the Receptionist, who showed us to our room (no. 12) which was on the side of the building. The room was a double and I would describe it as adequately sized for a short stay. The only limitation on space was on the far side of the...

Lovely decor, friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. Great for a quiet trip away. Plenty of good local restaurants. Especially nice to be able to help yourself to a cafetière of decent coffee whenever you want!
