A good stay in room 5 on the first floor. Room was full of history and quirkiness but with some faults. The bathroom was not finished very well with a cheap feel. Gaps in the silicone sealants and woodwork. Bed was very soft so not comfortable for me. Wires running loosely and sockets blanked off with paper stickers. Great old...

Booked hotel and dinner for Mrs and I for romantic getaway, the building itself made us feel as though we were staying in part of Stow in the Wolds history. The staff were very attentive and knowledgable about the area (and the menu!) and the food in the restaurant was really good quality. Would recommend to anyone wanting to visit...

We stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of April, would definitely return. The room was beautiful and clean, breakfast was amazing. We had dinner in the pub which was also amazing. Staff very attentive and helpful. Most amazing location. Highly recommend

My wife & I visited this area during the Easter holidays, we called in on the of chance for lunch. We were seated quickly & ordered drinks. Both my wife & I decided on the fish & chips from the menu, after waiting sometime, I enquired how much longer our food would be. Eventually, when it arrived, my wife complained...

Spent a few nights at the Knights Arms hotel in Stow-on-the-Wold in early April 2017. If you're looking for a luxury hotel it's not your place, but if you want a well equipped historic room with Cotswold brick work, comfortable accommodations, and situated in the center of a historic town, this is a great option. The room we stayed in...

Just driving into the centre of Stow on the Wold is enough to take you back hundreds of years. In fact the oldest inn here dates back to 947 AD, over a thousand years ago. We stayed a couple of nights at the Kings Arms. Stay in the superior room if you can, in the small cottage at the back,...

We stayed here for two nights in December during the festive season, while doing some local shopping. We stayed in one of the rooms on the top floor overlooking the main street; the room was cosy, fresh and very clean.

We stayed for 2 nights in January to do a spot of walking in the area. We stayed in the middle cottage room. A row of cottages style accommodation near the door to reception and the main building. Quite a sweet arrangement - a downstairs sitting area with TV and shower room and loo off, with the bedroom up a...

This is a lovely pub in the centre of beautiful Stow. We ate here with friends on Jan 6 and thoroughly enjoyed both the good service and excellent food, we had a very nice evening. We each had different meals and all of them were lovely and well priced
