We stayed at the Wyck house hotel recently on a return visit after about four years and we found that it had gone down hill in quite a few ways😭 We were placed in the Orangery and this really needs some upgrading in the bedrooms hall area and generally overall bearing in mind that this is supposed to be a... Stayed in the area to visit Highgrove House, staying only the one night arrived on a Sunday evening in April. We enjoyed afternoon tea in the bar area, supper and breakfast the following morning. All of the food and refreshments were delicious and beautifully presented. Staff were attentive and polite. The hotel itself sits in beautiful grounds. We had two... More

My wife and I enjoyed a very pleasant evening at this beautiful property. Our room was first class, spacious and very clean. A 1st class evening meal and excellent breakfast. Well worth a visit. Set in a beautiful part of the country We would certainly return given the chance. Thanks to all.

We stayed for three nights in June and because it was our anniversary they upgraded us to a coach house room at the side of the hotel. On reflection it was a shame they did this. We were in room 56 which had a family room above (the only one that did). So the noise from upstairs was disturbing and... More

We had one night here with a Travelzoo deal. We were greeted by mellow cotswold stone, gently fading Georgian grandeur and glorious views across Cotswold countryside. Our room was huge, the bed was really comfortable with crisp white cotton sheets, soft mattress topper, decent pillows and warm fluffy towels in the big bathroom. It was in the newer part of... We visited Wyck Hill House for a Sunday Night Dinner, Wine and Breakfast Break in July.. Pros Check in was very quick and easy. We stayed in a Feature Room in the main building. It was very large with three ceiling to floor bay windows and had extensive views over the surrounding area, an enormous bed, plenty of wardrobe space... More

The location of this characterful hotel is good. A short drive from Stow. Despite an initial impression that the public areas are more "shabby" than "chic", our room was quite modern, light and airy and, since the weather was quite muggy, had two fans already there when we arrived. The staff were very helpful and pleasant and our meals (two... More

Booked into the orangery as you had you own patio and the website said it was opposite the main building. What it failed to say is that the orangery was some 100 meters away from the main building down a steep path and a number of steps. You could drive down to the main building but not guaranteed to find... More

Wyck Hill House is need of a face lift and although very comfortable, we were there for the hottest days of the year and the annex room was extremely hot. The inside reception area was very dated and more like an old peoples home. The other problem is you need your own transport as the hotel is some way out... More

Looked after in conference rooms and restaurant. Food was fine, and break outs of tea & coffee helped wash down the cake and biscuits. Nice location to enjoy a peaceful break. Car parking was tight due to the volume of conference attendees and leisure guests. Will return to have more opportunity to sample what the hotel has to offer by... More
