We stayed here for 1 night to get a break, all the staff are so helpful and friendly, the room is super cozy with enough space we had room 12 which was a superior room. Would recommend! Breakfast in the morning was delicious! Would definitely go back again!!

Visited this place twice on a recent break with the family, once for drinks and the other time for dinner. Very impressed. Great service, lovely staff, nice atmosphere and very tasty food (the chips were amazing as others have commented!). Will definitely return next time we are around.

We had a lovely time here, the room was really comfy and lovely bath too. They were great with the restrictions and everything was very clean and cautious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a roast dinner on the Sunday and it was very substantial and delicious, as was breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel.

Just got back from two nights staying at the sheep with my family, and my mum staying in another room. The staff are incredible! Could not ask for warmer service, all of them multitasking and happy to help. Apologies for no names but the lady who is the head housekeeper helped with maintenance issues, cleaned the room, served us dinner and breakfast and checked us out - always with a smile and a delightful manner. Thank you to the staff for the hard work you are doing, especially during these times. The rooms were nice, noise does carry from nearby rooms but that seems to be the nature of the building and how old it is. We also enjoyed dinner one night and breakfast both mornings - would return just for the chicken wings!

Lovely evening meal for four of us at Sheep this week. Lovely food, nice lighting and atmosphere, great service and everything felt clean and safe, tables well spaced apart. Easy to book and waitress was very helpful, especially with dietary requirement issues (gluten free child). Toilets spotlessly clean.
