Staff very friendly. Food good. Experience marred by the room which was quite small for two people and the wardrobe was completely inadequate, being about 4 inches front to back and accommodating an ironing board and iron.

Very friendly staff, helpful and polite. The room was lovely, four poster bed, which was very comfortable. It was very close to town centre although this was very quiet. Very good base for visiting villages - Stow on the Wold and Bourton on the Water. Breakfast was excellent - lots of choice from cereals to full English - set us... More

We stayed here for 1 night as we were attending a family party nearby and therefore did not have dinner in the restaurant. Staff were welcoming and helpful; room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was a selection of hot and cold, tea, coffee & toast top ups offered. Cooked breakfast was excellent.

Very good hotel, pleasent and very helpful staff, nice downstairs room with shower, very nice bar and bar area, good standard breakfast with plenty of choice, restaurant area also good but dinner menu a little dated and short on choice, however very passable and well presented.

I stayed at the Corinium with six friends for two nights when we were visiting Gloucestershire for a party. The building is Cotswold stone and most attractive. The staff were welcoming and helpful. They were happy to give advice on places to visit. There was plenty of room in the hotel's car park at the back. We visited in warm weather and... More

Whenever I am back in Cirencester I always come here with my dog after a long walk, great for a pit stop, it has a lovely garden area which is great in the summer months! In the winter they have a lovely fireplace on the go! The staff are all great and friendly.

Would definitely recommend for anyone staying in Cirencester. Good parking and location for the town. I had room 16 one of the four poster beds which was a free upgrade! It was a Friday night so expected some noise as the room overlooked the garden, but certainly wasn't an issue for me. Very friendly and helpful welcome. Breakfast was good... More

We have just returned fro a 2 night stay. Instructions on how to find hotel carpark were excellent .We were greeted warmly when we arrived and our case was carried to the room. We had a room overlooking the street which was very quiet. The room was clean comfortable and well equipped. We had drinks in the bar and coffee... More

I had left it to the last minute to book a hotel and the Corinium came up as competitively priced so gave it a go. It was easy to get to and had a decent large car park. I had room 9 which is of a decent size albeit the bathroom is a bit tight. People mention beams to be... More

Easy to find and park in the free car park. Reception was efficient and friendly and were given a warning about low beams in the room and risk of banging heads! Stayed one night in one of the attic rooms. Unfortunately it was a very warm night and there was little ventilation in the room due to small windows which... More

Dear Bernie Many thanks for your review and I was very pleased to read that you had an enjoyable stay with us, apart from the lack of ventilation caused by a sudden spate of very warm weather. Since your stay, we have put fans back into these rooms, which we always do every summer. Hopefully we can welcome you back... More
