This was our third visit to The Fleece in 4 years and we love it. The service and food are great and it is a very busy town centre gastro pub. However if you charge £130 for a Standard room I would like to see a few details upgraded. Room a little jaded. No shower gel and very stiff shower...

Cirencester is a lovely market town with some individual shops. The hotel was situated in the heart of the town. The road was quiet but there were some works going on which meant that it was not as busy as I would imagine it would normally be. The Fleece is a gastro pub set in an old building and has...

We stayed here on our way to Cornwall and I was pleasantly surprised. Our room was very large, well-appointed, clean and comfortable. We also had dinner which was good if not spectacular. My only criticism of the whole place but particularly the public areas is that I felt cold. Wherever we sat in the bar I felt a draught and...

As usual, an excellent lunch from an interesting menu selection. The prawn linguine was over sauced but still delicious. The staff are truly excellent- attentive, polite, professional and friendly- and were rewarded with a generous tip !!

A really nice old coaching inn with good facilities but it is a tad overpriced especially in the restaurant The rooms have character with all facilities followed by an excellent breakfast The only drawback is a pathetically small tight car park!

Sheets and bathroom ceiling had mold clearly visible ... no soap or shampoo in the room and when requested we discovered on 0ur second request that "we thought you 'd pick it up when you came back from dinner" !!! Strange that the inn has such a high rating with TripAdvisor. Hope that visitors find it much improved

Great value for a large character hotel with refurbished rooms in the centre of town. We checked in at the very busy bar area in a Friday evening and luckily there was a spare car parking space round the back of the hotel. The room was huge with fireplace, chaise long, four large windows overlooking the high street, dressing room,...

Nice play to stay if in Cirencester, didn't get opportunity to have food here as we stayed here for a wedding at a nearby venue but would have to liked to. Nice bar environment, cosy and comfortable atmosphere. Stayed in room 29 and our room was huge and the bed comfortable. Like a little rabbit warren with stairs branching off...

We booked a feature room and had one on the first floor overlooking the square. There was some roadworks going on out there, but this did not affect our stay. The bed was very comfortable though the room was a little stuffy. Could not complain about the size though and there was extra pillows in the walk in wardrobe. Being...
