We were given a lovely welcome and our room was almost ready despite our being a little early. The room, in a pretty annexe around the car park, was small but had everything one would need for a short stay. The 'tea tray' didn't stint on quantity and there were enough tea and coffee sachets as well as a variety....

I stayed for 2 nights (15/16th October) as I was visiting for friends wedding anniversary. There were no taxis available at Kemble station but a phone call to the Talbot soon had Ann on the case - a taxi arrived within 10 minutes of my call (she even offered to collect me herself). When I arrived,I knew that this was...

We forgot to write in the visitors book but we had a lovely stay at the Talbot Inn! We couldn't have asked for more welcoming hosts. The room itself was lovely and cosy and just what we wanted to return to after a day of cycling and walking. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast and had 2 wonderful nights sleep in...

My boyfriend and I have just returned from a stay here for 2 nights. The room was fine for what we needed, a good size and the bed was comfy. We were greeted by the owner who was very friendly & helpful. The location of the hotel was brilliant, 5 minutes walk to the centre of Cirencester, and having free...

We just wanted good pub food and a drink. So we came across this pub and it was very good. The steak pub was really good so full of well cooked meat and the pudding after with extract custard went down very well. The lady who served us was very pleasant so would recommend it

My siblings and I had an overnight stay at The Talbot Inn, and we wish we could've stayed longer! We were welcomed at the front door - literally! - by the owner Anne, who is an absolute gem. She welcomed us with open arms as she gave us a mini tour of her B&B and brought us to our rooms....

What a little gem this place is. Conveniently situated in Cirencester, a short walk from the shopping centre, & close to many local attractions. The Cotswold Wildlife Park & Gardens, Burford, is a must see. There are 5 rooms attached to the Talbot Inn itself & breakfast was top notch. There was also plenty of tea & coffee in the...

I stayed here with my family for one night. From the start the hosts where more than welcoming, so warm and friendly. We had a big day so to just pop over to the pub and have dinner was so convenient - the meal was delicious! As was breakfast the next morning - so many options. (Also great prices). The...

Lovely one night stay. Owners are very welcoming and our night was restful. Breakfast was lovely . Town is lovely and had nice shops and only a short walk from inn. Rooms are in car park but this wasn't a problem at all.
