We stayed at the Cheltenham Townhouse with our family on the occasion of our son's wedding at the Pittville Pump Rooms located a 10 minute walk away. The hotel was excellent in every way - comfortable, relaxing, welcoming and perfectly located for the wedding venue and for the centre of Cheltenham. The service was excellent, our room was spacious and...

I stayed overnight as I was meeting a friend in Cheltenham the next day. The welcome was very friendly and relaxed, I was upgraded to a lovely, spacious ground floor room - so lovely I wished I was staying longer. The bed was wonderfully comfy and I had a choice of sofa and armchairs to relax in. Breakfast was good...

My wife and I stayed overnight at the Townhouse on the 25/26 February 2015. We visited Cheltenham to see an exhibition in the Wilson Gallery and attend a late afternoon lecture. We used to live in Monmouthshire and have visited Cheltenham many times over the years but this was the first overnight stay in the town. The town house is...

We booked this hotel as a halfway meeting place to spend some time with friends from Plymouth. We travelled from Kent so it was a convenient halfway point, plus we love the Cotswolds. We saw the hotel on Booking.com but I always prefer to contact the actual hotel when booking in order to ensure we get what we want. However,...

We went to this hotel with friends, meeting half way between our homes. On arrival there was a mix up with the rooms our friends had booked. We were given twin rooms rather than double, and standard rooms rather than deluxe/superior. The staff did get this sorted. The hotel itself is lovely, and they have some gorgeous rooms. I must...

A very welcoming hotel. We took advantage of the wine offer, and found a bottle of fizzy wine waiting for us in an ice bucket when we were shown to our room. A lovely way to start the evening. The room was very comfortable, with a huge bed, and plenty of hot drinks sachets etc available. I've found other hotels...

Excellent stay in this Townhouse. Very good comms from owners, including a phonecall on the morning to ask for our arrival time as they were chilling us some wine! We had a room on the lower ground floor but still light and airy and very good value for money. Free WiFi, huge bed, lovely breakfast including gluten free bread (which...

We were met on arrival by a very friendly member of staff who without fuss provided us with a parking permit and upgraded our room for free! The staff were very helpful with reviews and recommendations for various restaurants across town. The room was large and clean although we were a bit surprised to find the door to the shower...

We had room 4 which could have slept 5 - it was enormous with a decent size ensuite. Really comfy, bit chilly but it is the middle of winter so not too surprising - staff gave us extra blankets so it wasn't a problem. Hotel lovely and central, parking on site which was a huge bonus. Great value for a...
