Well run hotel, but looking a bit dated. Breakfast was good, service was friendly. Well located to the town and nice view of the gardens across the road. Enjoyed our short stay but would be nice if they provided slippers and a few more amenities.

What a special and memorable stay! We were treated with such kindness and luxury from start to finish for our wedding weekend with all our family. The food was delicious, the rooms were spotless, and the staff were so attentive - special thanks to Jack and Natasha on front desk who treated us like royalty. We will definitely be back soon, Queens Hotel holds a very special place in our heart now.

We booked the Dukes Lounge at the Queens Hotel for our wedding celebration. Fantastic room which created an intimate environment. Perfect ! The food was fantastic and well presented. The service provided during the event was outstanding. Mac was allocated to look after us, which he did with such professionalism ( as did the other staff ). So good was the service that some of our guests gave us the same feedback, completely unsolicited. Before the event Alex helped to create the perfect day for us. She was super organised, quick to respond to queries, attentive to our ideas. We felt confident all would go to plan with her in charge. We stayed at the Queens on the evening, enjoying the Bridal Suite. Little touches added to the experience including complementary mini bar, champagne and rose petals on the bed 😊 Breakfast was lovely with a good choice. Gabriel ( who had been part of the team the day before ) was on hand to serve breakfast which he did with warmth and enthusiasm. The Queens is a lovely, historic hotel, but what made our day more special were the staff

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Cheltenham, great location. I had wonderful service, often lacking today in so many places I have stayed but here the staff went that extra mile. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was relaxed. I have been to several functions here so feel confident and I would highly recommend it.

The Queens Hotel is situated opposite the park in a beautiful part of the city, in close proximity to the shops. Rooms are very well furnished and comfortable with a great en suite. The hotel has a modern interior with a grand Victorian exterior. Breakfasts are excellent with a large variety of continental or cooked food. We chose to have dinner in the hotel each evening as there was plenty of choice. Service is quick, efficient and friendly. We will certainly becoming back.

Second time we have stayed here. Don’t remember first time with spending most of the night at the hospital. This time perfect. Hotel reception very friendly and efficient a lovely welcome. Good knowledge of local restaurants and recommended best Italian. Room spacious and clean. Shower perfect. Breakfast tasty enjoyed with a Bloody Mary! Team seemed to know you as individuals, using your names when service required. Only downside was our room overlooked the car park and the bins rather than the green. Occasional noise of the bottle bins reminded us of home and our own blue bin. But as we were out most of the time did not detract from our stay. Great position in Cheltenham easy to find with parking for £15.

I recently booked the Duke's Lounge room at The Queens Hotel for my Nans Wake. The whole process was made so effortlessly easy with the help of events co-ordinator Alex, who helped me with all my queries and she was even able to adjust the number of people attending at such short notice of the event. I even dropped off a cake, photo frames and a memory book, which the events team had laid out really nicely when we arrived after the funeral. Ross also helped me print some last minute notes for the funeral as my own printed had packed up. When we arrived Penny had set up a fabulous display of the Prosecco glasses and her warm and welcoming presence was just what we needed. Penny & Herman kept the area really tidy and were there if we had any questions at all. The food was PHENOMENAL and everyone mentioned how delicious it was. It turned out to be the very best way to say Goodbye to our Nan & I would definitely book this hotel for future events. Xxx

Fantastic. My wife and I visited for drinks before our meal out and were warmly welcomed by Aine, who was so kind and helpful. The hotel bar/lounge had great decor and comfort and gave us a great start to our celebratory evening. When we return to Cheltenham this will be our first port of call. Thank you so much!

My mum and I had the pleasure of Staying at the Queens Hotel last month and it was an unforgettable experience. We were made to feel like special guests, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and happy. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite which was luxurious, my mum teared up when she saw how spectacular it was. The exceptional service coupled with everything else made the stay truly memorable The location of the hotel was perfect for our visit to the Town Hall on the Saturday evening to see John’s boys (a few minutes walk away) and we had a nice walk to the shops on Sunday day which took just a little over 5 minutes. I look forward to staying again with my mum……though I have no idea how the visit could be improved! I need to say an extra special thank you to Hannah Green and Shaun Bowles who made sure our stay was perfect before we even arrived at the hotel, also Ismail and Ajay who were very attentive and courteous when we had our delicious meal at the Hotel on Sunday evening. Ismail made us the most delicious cocktail and even brought up a birthday surprise plate of macarons to our suite. A definite 5 star for the hotel itself and the service.
