Mid week, nice lunch , good value and good service, nice setting . We popped in for a meal and had a very nice time, the restaurant was busy but the staff were very attentive and eager to please. We have eaten here many times and always had a good expereince , best to book if you can.

For two courses we paid £11.95 which was quite good value although the £2 supplement for a minute steak and fries with a disappointing salad of just leaves was over priced. The portions were small but tasty. The service was very quick and our waiter was personable and efficient. If anything, it was rather rushed but I suppose it caters...

Me and my boyfriend staid here at the weekend. (Both in mid 20s) I would in hotels so usually notice problems everywhere when we stay in another hotel, well not this place! Great location, amazing customer service (even in the early hours when you both fancy some food!!) and lovely room! This place is obviously well run, the staff can't...

We asked for a quiet room but was told they were fully booked due to Cheltenham Races week and we could not be accommodated with regard to this request. We booked the hotel room about three weeks ago. We too are here for the races...

The helpful staff provided us with fans for the second night. Dinner was fantastic, freshly cooked and delicious food and excellent service. Breakfast was great...freshly cooked and a lovely buffet...

I stayed at the Queens in January and had problems with my stay. I have phoned and emailed the manager several times and absolutely no response. Also emailed the hotel group directly- again no reponse. I see the manager has the time to reply to comments on Trip Advisor so it's a shame that she can't find the time to...

The hotel is right in the middle of Cheltenham, and only a short walk from the shops, restaurants, theatres and bars. Brasserie Blanc is basically on the ground floor of the hotel. There is on-site parking but it is expensive (I was quoted £12 a night) but on street parking locally is free after 6pm through to 8am. The staff...
