DO NOT book this hotel if temperature is over 10 degrees - no air conditioning - unbearable. The central lobby is fine, but the rooms were horrendously hot, couldn’t wait to get out. One small fan provided.

No proper menu...restaurant shut, unless you are on a coach trip they were being well catered for! Staff very good, polite, attentive and talkative, very professional. I had the lasagne, swoped out the garlic bread for chips, bill came to £15, which was about £10 to much for what looked like and tasted like a supermarket bargain range, really was bad the rest of the menu pretty much read like something you would eat if all you had was a microwave. Continental breakfast delivered to the door at 6:30am was great and meant I didn't have to stop there any longer than I needed. I could have queued up for a bacon butty at 7am like some soup kitchen line I imagined so didn't bother. Bet the two coach loads had a sit down full English for their breakfast, and I bet they paid less...Will not be stopping in a two tier Jurys Inn again...anywhere...ever! Of by the way bedrooms fantastic, what's that with the awful bathrooms, like being in the 80's

Two teabags for 2 nights when there was no room service was poor. No fridge. No indoor restaurant and menu was very limited pub grub that was expensive. Other hotels have full restaurant service and table service, so why don't you? Queuing at a bar for food and drink is not advisable. Charging £11 each for a continental breakfast left outside your room with bacon roll option if you go to reception was expensive. Staff were very friendly and helpful but the limited service due to interpretation of Covid restrictions should be reflected in the price and the limited breakfast should be complimentary for a £85 - £95 room per night.

We had a large party of wedding guests to organise and I only have praise for the way the staff helped me organise accommodation and the dinner on the day before the wedding. Particularly mention must be made of Roisin in catering and drinks for organising a dedicated outdoor reception and the meal afterwards. Would recommend this hotel.
