This is the second time I have stayed at the apartments during Cheltenham Race week. The location is perfect being 3 mins from the City Centre and our arrangements worked well. The continental breakfast materials were fine and were restocked daily and my room (Sienna) was comfortable. Two very minor issues were that no small notepad or pen/pencil were supplied and no bottled...

Dear Guest, Thank you for staying with us again during race week – we’re delighted you enjoyed our location and facilities. We currently don’t supply stationery in suites… I’ll have a chat with my team. Perhaps we could. We schedule a major refurb for each suite annually, and our next cycle will commence shortly. Our rates do indeed increase significantly...

Arrived for a weekend in Cheltenham and was very pleasantly surpised by the Strozzi Palace hotel. The rooms where decorated to a very high standard with large beds and quality fittings. Our room (Palermo Suite) had a giant skylight above the bed with electric blind (very James Bond). The usual tea, coffee, etc where all there but with an added...

We had the Amalfi suite for a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary and see Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra play at the Town Hall. First impressions were excellent although a bit confusing regarding the parking as the pre-travel e-mails advised us that we would be able to buy a £30 ticket for a week if staying longer than three days, however...

Having read the website and the reviews I had high hopes when I booked the accommodation (Amalfi). However, I felt things were getting a bit tired e.g. the dressing gown had a hole in it, bedroom mirror is chipped. I had changed our breakfast order from bread to croissants and was told by emails that this would be fine but...

Dear guest, Following your review I have just finished a meeting with the housekeeping team to verify some details. To your several points: i) We provide two luxurious, freshly-laundered towelling robes in each suite. Having scrutinised both robes left after your stay we genuinely can’t locate a hole or tear anywhere in either of them? ii) Thank you for bringing...

Someone has actually thought about what demanding travellers value, and has brought it off superbly. There is the touch of luxury which we are happy to assume is Italian-derived, but more than that: the concept is designed fully to iron out or remove all the usual tedious problems with hotels. It's just you, in complete comfort, slap in the middle...

Strozzi Palace was very well organised, easy to book and to stay. Format works so well - down to fresh breakfast at our door each morning. Kitchenette makes the stay easier still. The apartment was comfortable and very well located. Everything in Cheltenham was an easy walk. There were a couple of reservations though - hence the 4 stars. The...

We stayed in the Tuscany Suite last weekend for 2 nights and didn't want to leave! Huge suite, amazing bed and beautifully decorated with everything so well looked after it seemed as if it was all brand new. The suite was immaculate and spotlessly clean, the breakfast included was spot on and the entry system couldn't be easier. Location wise...

We stayed in the Amalfi suite for our anniversary and would recommend without hesitation. The code access system worked perfectly and the suite was spotlessly clean and spacious. Breakfast supplies were there all as ordered. It's in a great location with lots of good restaurants within either a VERY short walk or just a short walk. Car parking in the...

A converted building with 6 apartments, this is a comfortable place to stay. Very central, warm and the Amalfi suite is on the corner (1st floor) so has a street view in two directions. A good continental breakfast that can be varied and added to by clicking when booking (we had wholemeal bread, plain, fresh yoghurt, some grapes, not the freshest, and excellent...
