The reviews for the Broadlands Guest House make the property sound much nicer than it really is. The best part of our stay was the location and the breakfast. The hotel itself is quite old. The hot water in the bathroom was VERY hard to regulate and there were very few outlets in the room. We ended up unplugging the... More

We could not believe how spacious the King size suite was, a spacious lounge, complete with Sofa, Dining table and chairs, sink and a fridge, plus a separate Bathroom and bedroom. Just perfect for relaxing after a day exploring. The breakfast set us up for the day.

Brilliant location, only 2 minute walk to the heart of the village. Our room was split over 2 levels, 2 beds upstairs and 2 down. The rooms immaculate and the cooked breakfast was lovely. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed for two nights at Broadlands towards the end of August. Stayed in one of the two level rooms, ideal for a family of four. Room was very well presented, clean and tidy and had everything you needed. Breakfast was lovely and massive! Location is fab, right in the middle of the village. All the great activities are a short... More

Found this accommodation on Trip Advisor and thought it fitted the bill for a stop over just after the Bank Holiday rush, and as usual, other reviews were a good indicator and we were not disappointed with anything on this trip. The location is central to the town for everything you need, so park the car up and stroll back... More

Stayed in this B&B due to a recommendation from my parents and we were not disappointed! Absolutely brilliant location, a 2 min walk to the village centre and free parking outside the rooms, Marco is brilliant and will let you leave your car there all day either before you stay or after, so you can enjoy the surroundings! We had... More

Absolutely faultless. Our suite was spotless and comfortable, plenty of space, separate sitting/tv area in the main house for families, everything catered for, free WiFi, on site easy parking, very short walk to the village, all very peaceful. Marco is an excellent host, very warm and welcoming with his lively conversations. Staff are cheerful and efficient, a very well organised... More

Booked luxury suite through Hotel.com as it was our 31st anniversary but only got the luxury room. Suite was given to our friends who were travelling with us and booked after us but Marco said their booking came through first???? I know I should have said at the time but we did use the facilities as it was our friends... More
