We have a pleasant stay, the rooms was cosy and spotless. It has a great view from the windows. Delicious breakfast as well. A great location, between the town and the countryside, and from a walking distance to Seven Sisters cliffs.

Easy to find with ample parking. Stayed to attend funeral, allowed to check in early and change for funeral, also given directions to Eastbourne crematorium. Lovely en-suite room with nice touches like bottled water and nice toiletries. comfy bed and lovely breakfast. Bird table outside attracts all sorts of wild life.

Immaculate. Lovely en suite room, extremely clean, great views. Perfect full English breakfast. Very friendly landlady. Reasonable price. You do need a car, unless you want to wait for a bus but they are very regular and the stop is close by.

Stayed for three nights to visit local area. Weather was dreadful so was nice to come back to a comfortable warm cottage. Nice furnishings, very good beds and linen. Lovely breakfast. Beautiful unspoilt location on the edge of the downs.

Everything Spick and span. Comfortable room ensuite, nice view. Freshly cooked breakfast. Parking in the driveway. Will definitely stay there again when visiting Seaford. Ratings on this site apply to an hotel not to Bed and Breakfast, so can't really complete that. Views are pleasant, not spectacular.

We had four nights here and were very impressed with everything. A friendly hostess ,who recommended eating places and always had a smile and showed real interest where we had visited. The house was immaculate and our room and ensuite were very spacious. The excellent breakfasts kept us going all morning and more!! The parking was off-road and safe and...
